WHAT IS D.O.C?

Information becomes useful when it can be trusted.

The Digital Operations Centre (D.O.C) is a coordination and intelligence function of the APC Presidential Campaign Council. It brings information from approved contributors into a common environment for review, comparison and analysis.

Its role is to help the right people receive clear, source-attributed information, with verification status made visible rather than assumed.

Received is not the same as verified.Every submission is checked and its source is preserved.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

Do we need to replace our existing system?

Not necessarily. Approved organisations may integrate their existing applications through the standard D.O.C interface.

Will our submissions be published automatically?

No. Technical receipt is separate from verification and release approval. Information is handled according to its status and approved use.

Can we send personal or membership data?

Personal information, including membership records, requires a separately approved scope and appropriate privacy and security arrangements. Do not submit it through the standard monitoring endpoints without authorisation.

Does D.O.C declare official results?

No. D.O.C information is for monitoring and review. Official declarations remain the responsibility of the legally authorised electoral bodies.
